Hi guys!

I'm newbie in joomla so sry if my question is so easy.. So, I downloaded module & component from the site, I installed joomla 1.8 from godaddy panel, and when I try to upload the component or module joomlavtiger I get an error: "Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package."
The error is my config or the xml file? Do I have to modify the xml file?

My config:
host in godaddy
joomla 1.8
com_joomlavtiger_1.0.2
mod_joomlavtiger_1.0.1
vtiger 5.1

Thank you for employing our software.
No need to modify any files. Just follow the standard Joomla extensions installation procedure.
Log into the back-end as administrator then go to Extensions->Install/UnInstall, and then select Upload Package File. Then upload and install the zipped files for component and then module. If you still get an error you need to make sure that the tmp folder of your Joomla installation is writable by the web server.
