Can this module work without requiring the lead to register a username and password to ones site? Could their instead be an option implemented for the admin to include or exclude "user registration" in the form, or perhaps to just leave it in the form but bestow the option to the lead and let them decide whether or not they want to register to your site?

Hello, I see that lead capture without site registration is a work-in-progress project. I am wondering what the status of this might be? Is there any progress I may build upon before building my own Vtiger Webform lead capturing component/module? I would love to contribute to these collective efforts.

I first want to say thanks for a great component and module for joomla! I also am very interested in obtaining the updated that eliminates the user name and password. I saw this thread and hope its been released by now. I am curious if there is a download link for the update anywhere on the site as i have been unable to find it. Keep up the great work!

yeah agreed, we don't really need the username or password fields. I use the customer portal from vtiger, and their username is the email address and a random generated password is sent via email automatically! don't want people confused with logging into the customer portal!

Thank you for your interest in our product.

The payed product has the capability to allow you to choose if you want joomla registration or not. If choose not to have joomla registration then the user name and password fields are not shown. To do this, login as administrator, go to the "Joomla Vtiger CRM Lead Capture Pro" component, select your landing page, go to the "Form Level CRM Mapping" section and set "Register to Joomla" to NO.
